Eosapien is an independent game studio based in Turkey. We are responsible for the personal data this website processes. You can reach us about privacy at hello@eosapien.com.

• This website sets no cookies of its own and shows no ads.
• There are no accounts and no forms here. We only learn what you choose to email us.
• We count page views in a way that does not identify you or follow you to other websites.
• We never sell your data.

When you visit

Like every website, ours is delivered by servers that see your IP address, browser and the page you ask for. Our host, Vercel, keeps this in short lived server logs to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

Page view counts

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are read. It does not use third-party cookies. Visitors are counted with a hash of the incoming request that is discarded after 24 hours, and the counts are not tied to any person or IP address. For each page view it may record the time, the page address, the page you came from, your approximate location (country, region and city), your device type, operating system and browser, and the version of the counting script. We only see totals.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and keep it as long as the conversation needs, then delete it.

What we do not do

No advertising, no tracking across other websites, no profiles and no data sales. Our fonts and images are served from this website itself, so loading a page does not contact Google or other third parties. Links to other sites, such as Discord or a game's own website, take you to services with their own privacy policies.

We process website and analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the website (KVKK Article 5(2)(f), GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We process your emails to answer the request you made by writing to us (KVKK Article 5(2)(c) and (f), GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Vercel Inc. hosts this website and provides the page view counts. Vercel is based in the United States, so data about your visit may be processed outside Turkey and the European Economic Area, with the safeguards the law requires for such transfers (KVKK Article 9, GDPR Chapter V).

Emails you send us are handled by the email service that hosts our mailbox.

You can ask whether we hold data about you, get a copy of it, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, and ask about where it has been transferred (KVKK Article 11, GDPR Articles 15 to 21). Write to hello@eosapien.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Because page view counts do not identify anyone, we cannot find or return them for a particular person. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), or the authority where you live.

This website is for a general audience and has no accounts or forms. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a child has emailed us, a parent can ask us to delete that email.

When this website starts handling data in a new way, we update this notice first and change the date at the top.
